鉴于《职业病防治法》的修改对各级安监部门行政审批权力做了调整，日前，安监总局出台文件就相关问题做出了明确要求。关于进一步加强建设项目职业卫生“三同时”监管工作的通知安健函〔2016〕30号各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局：为贯彻2016年7月2日修改实施的《职业病防治法》，进一步加强建设项目职业卫生“三同时”事中事后监管，督促指导建设单位切实履行职业病危害源头预防治理的主体责任，现就有关要求通知如下：1统一思想、提高认识

地方各级安全监管部门要做好《职业病防治法》修改后的衔接工作，及时修订本级行政审批清单、权力清单和责任清单，清理相关配套管理的规范性文件和要求，凡与取消行政审批法律规定不一致的内容，要抓紧研究修订或者宣布废止，并及时向社会公布。
